CINO offers liftime warranty and guarantees that all products will be tested one by one strictly before shipped, no dead point , no dust etc . However RMA is still inevitable in this industry .
Warranty Policy :
1. After-sale warranty
To ensure your rights , we offer lifetime warranty for all orders in our company , no matter how long it has been . Two options for you : sending replacements or refunding payment , which depends on customers
2. Dead on arrival
When you receive the package, please check the details first. Before installation, please check the appearance and function. If any defectives or faulty, please inform us ,we will send the new replacements timely. Please test before installing , since direct installation without testing may result in damage to the LCD.
3. Customs issues
If the goods are lost during transportation or detained in China Customs, we will pay for all losses; if it happens in destination country, due to the different policy of each county , we cannot control customs clearance in the destination country., customs clearance will be accompanied by the provision of information to assist in customs clearance. If finally detained , please contact our sales representative for negotiation.

• return to our warehouse in Hong Kong
• The freight to HongKong is borne by customers , we will bear the freight from HK. to SZ.
